Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities
- Post insurance payment into dental practice management software
- Submit narrative as requested from insurance companies
- Follow up on denied / outstanding claims
- Send patient’s statements for balances
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless billing experience
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues when necessary
- Assist with coding and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Must have dental insurance billing experience
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Strong understanding in dental insurance plans and terminology
- Experience with In and Out of network insurance plans and entering insurance payments
