JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of eCommerce trends and the ability to identify opportunities in a rapidly evolving market will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services
- Answer questions about credit terms, services, prices, and team availability
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Accurately maintain client records
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Has worked in eCommerce, digital marketing, growth marketing or digital consulting
- Preferably consulting account management experience
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience
