JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a results-oriented Account Manager to help design and implement marketing and sales strategies with a focus on bridging the gap between client and consumer, driving aggressive customer acquisition campaigns, and creating a personalized sales approach.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate/maintain interest in our services, partner relationships and research
- Qualify, present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Expedite the resolution of existing client challenges to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments
- Accurately maintain client records
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
