JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Paid Ads to join our growing team. As a Senior Manager of Paid Ads, you will be responsible for working with clients, explaining strategy and working with a team to manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok ads. You will collaborate closely with our strategy and affiliate management teams to ensure seamless integration of paid ads into our clients' social commerce strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on TikTok ads, to drive client objectives and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to improve targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid social advertising, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid advertising efforts with overall social commerce strategies.
- Provide weekly performance reports and insights to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience managing paid social advertising campaigns, particularly with expertise in TikTok ads.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in paid advertising roles.
- Certification or advanced training in TikTok ads or other social media advertising platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to senior executives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
