Summary :
As an ambassador for our customers and their experience with GracoRoberts, the Account Services Supervisor is responsible for wowing the customer at every touchpoint throughout the customer buying journey, while balancing the needs of the organization and leading a team of Account Specialists.
What You Will Do Everyday :
- Enter and deliver quotes, design projects, sample requests, customer purchase orders and confirmations, ship date, and status while covering for team members who are out on PTO / SICK and for overflow when department is busy.
- Run reports and analyze data in support of KPI's and team productivity.
- Review monthly non-conformances to root cause with focus on opportunities for automating and training.
- Support role in training, documentation, meetings, and communication.
- Advocate / ambassador for the group for issues of escalation within other internal departments. i.e. priority lists, defect dashboard, and open orders.
- Drive online first initiative with team in support of KPI productivity.
