Silo Ridge Filed Club is seeking a is seeking SEASONAL full-time Landscape Laborer to join the Grounds Department for the Summer 2025 season. Employment dates are: February 20, 2025 – November 20, 2025. H-2B visa sponsorship is available. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Will landscape or maintain the grounds of the property using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Will perform the following: seeding/sod laying,
- Mowing, trimming, planting,
- Watering, fertilizing, digging and raking
- H2B Visa Sponsorship: Seeking in-country extension candidates that are actively working in the US on an active H-2B visa and looking to extend their visa for the upcoming season; or eligible out of country candidates depending on visa availability.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
- Daily travel to worksites in the area of intended employment is required.
- The pay rate is $21.87 per hour, and overtime is available at $32.81 per hour, based on the hourly rate.
