As a Bus Driver with the Siloam Springs Chamber, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while maintaining a clean and organized bus environment. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage student behavior and ensure a safe and respectful environment on the bus
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior
• Report any incidents or concerns to the Transportation Director
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Class B CDL with on-site training available
• Ability to lift, turn, twist, and bend on a frequent basis
• Ability to push and pull a minimum of 60 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Must be 21 years of age or older
