Pay Rates based on Experience
- LPN: $29 - $32 per hour
- RN:$33 - $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
