Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Directs an organization's facilities department.
- Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
- May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
- Bachelors degree preferred with 7- 10 years of experience in the field.
