- Overseeing all sales growth activity and new lead acquisitions.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the plastics compounds industry.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and market segments.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to executives and board of directors, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Staying leveled with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities.
