Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and collaboration with team members. This role requires a passion for building relationships and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Must have strong Cigar knowledge.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.

Experience

• Previous experience in Cigar sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers professionally.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed

• Cigar Sales: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Celina, TX 75009 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Celina, TX 75009: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
