Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Ensure infrastructure as code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Optimize the development workflow and improve deployment frequency and reliability.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory for this position).
Experience:
- 10 years of IT systems administrative experience with both Microsoft and Linux platforms.
- Experience developing code in at least one high-level programming language.
- Proven ability to build highly automated infrastructures and administer operating systems.
- Proficiency in modern development and operations processes and methodologies.
- Experience implementing and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS.
- Ability to implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
- Expertise in defining and deploying monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS.
Certifications:
- IAT Level II certification required.
- Desired: AWS DevOps Engineer Professional Certification.
- Must have one of the following certifications or equivalent experience:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or training.
- AWS SysOps Administrator Certification or training.
- AWS DevOps Engineer Certification or training.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, Diode, and Lambda.
- Expertise in optimizing cloud-based architectures for reliability and scalability.
