We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR functions. This individual will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, maintaining compliance, and fostering a thriving organizational culture.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a wide range of HR functions and strategic initiatives to support Silotech’s continued growth and success. Responsibilities include:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Provide guidance to executive leadership on HR best practices and compliance
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and mediate conflict resolution
Foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational culture initiatives
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HR policies are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records
Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes
Partner with managers to address performance issues and improve workforce productivity
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and implement development programs
Promote continuous learning and career advancement opportunities
Benefits and Compensation:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings
Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and respond to employee inquiries
Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional HR certification
Experience in federal contracting or the technology sector
Familiarity with the cybersecurity or defense industries
