Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Conformity & Inspection Specialist to join our team at Silver Air. This critical role focuses on ensuring the fleet's airworthiness by managing daily maintenance requirements and overseeing strict compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. The position requires seamless coordination with internal departments, flight crews, and maintenance vendors to execute conformity inspections, validate return-to-service documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance. What you'll be doing :
- Review return to service documentation for accuracy, and conformity to applicable federal regulations and arrange for corrections as necessary before filing in the aircraft permanent records.
- Arrange for the issuance of MEL, RVSM manuals, and any required LOA.
- Arrange for the issuance of FCC radio license.
- Travel to aircraft and perform aircraft physical inspection in accordance with the conformity inspection checklist, log any discrepancies and arrange for their correction (10-20 per month).
- Perform records conformity research in accordance with established procedures.
- Assemble conformity binder for FAA records review in accordance with established procedures.
- Interface with FAA inspectors as assigned.
To do well in this role, you'll need :
Evaluation and correction of return to service documentation.
