Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate the inventory and maintenance of supplies, tools, equipment, and common stock hardware
- Ensure proper storage and shelf-life audits of hazardous consumable products are conducted
- Maintain reports and files as established by the Stores Supervisor
- Perform all shipping and receiving duties
- Assist the Stores Supervisor in purchasing aircraft parts
- Keep work area, workspace, and adjacent areas clean and tidy at all times
- Keep parts room locked and secured at all times
- Be punctual and on time for all assigned work shifts
- Give thorough turnovers prior to leaving shift
- Provide Tool Issue Reports to Production Supervisors
- Must be computer literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of TRAX preferred
- High School Diploma Required
- Stockroom/Inventory Control or warehouse experience required (2 years)
- Aviation experience strongly preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, FBI Fingerprint & 10 Year Criminal Background Check
