## Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences for couples on their special day. You must have Lead Planner Experience.
## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Organize, and coordinate all aspects of weddings from start to finish
- Lead Coordinator for Wedding Day & Rehearsal
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
## Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in the wedding industry
- Experience as Lead Coordinator for Weddings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of banquet, catering, hotel, and restaurant services
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and management
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
