Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing outstanding customer support and assistance.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and team members.
- Assist in the coordination of service requests and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build estimates and order parts
- Price compare parts
- Process returns and maintain inventory
- Process warranty claims
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data management and communication.
