Silver Bay Seafoods LLC is seeking an experienced Case-up Supervisor to join our team in Alaska. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Case-up department, ensuring that staff follows GMP and safety policies to produce a high-quality, frozen salmon product.
Duties:
- Supervise a crew of up to 80 employees in the Case-up department.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Freezer and Shipping Department to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employee competence and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GMP and safety policies.

Requirements:
