Job Description
The Silver Beach Club is currently looking to fill the position of Guest Services Associate / Front Desk Clerk. A passion for customer service and making memorable vacations for owners & guests is required!
Duties:
- Check owners / guests in and out
- Communicate with other departments to fulfill owner / guest needs
- Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our owners, guests and employees
- Monitor reservations made and house count
- Answer owner / guest questions and offer information and assistance
- Answer telephones & take detailed messages
- Processes guest reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
- Monitor status of guest accounts
- Update information in the computer systems as needed
- Answer all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts
- Verify all shift work and deposits
- Follow checklist for required duties and timelines
- Maintain and organize work area and the lobby
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year timeshare / hotel experience is required
- Excellent communication skills are a MUST!
- Must be computer savvy
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have Customer Service experience
- Must have a positive attitude & be polite
- Must have a desire to help others
- Must be a team player & self-starter

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
