Job Title: Inbound Logistics Coordinator
Location: Hybrid role, minimum of 2 days per week in office - based out of our midtown NYC office
Workweek schedule: 40 hours per week
Who You Will Report To: Director, Inbound Logistics
What You Will Do: This position is centered around managing a high volume of shipments from overseas suppliers, focusing specifically on FOB (Free on Board) shipments.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee and manage FOB shipments from overseas factories, ensuring compliance with shipment terms and coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with factories to schedule shipments with customers' freight forwarders, ensuring timely handover of goods within shipping windows
• Prepare and process import documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and customs requirements
• Receive shipment details and transportation documents from overseas factories, accurately logging shipment data in the company system
• Track shipment statuses in relation to upcoming customer orders, manage late shipments, and communicate with Production, Sales, and Shipping teams to resolve issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and ETAs.
• Proactively managing a high-volume workload
Who You Are:

• Quick learner
What you Bring:
• 2 years in inbound logistics, with preference for experience working with large corporate retail customers and FOB shipments
• High level of computer literacy: MS Outlook; Office; basic proficiency with Excel required
• Exceptional data entry skills
• Excellent written communication skills - managing a high volume of emails is a critical function in this role
• Experience with NetSuite (a major plus but not required)
• Solid organizational & time management skills; self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
