What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist position at Silver Canoe & Whitewater Rafting?
Are you a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic individual? We’re looking for a dynamic Reservationist to be the first face our customers see and the voice they hear as they gear up for an unforgettable rafting experience on the Delaware River!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Check in our excited guests as they prepare for their adventure.
- Answer the Call of Adventure: Use your phone skills to take reservations, answer questions, and help customers plan their perfect day on the river.
- Tech-Savvy: Get comfortable with our reservation system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
- Keep Things Tidy: Help maintain our office and surrounding property, ensuring everything is organized and maintained.
- Team Player: Work alongside a dedicated team, always ready to pitch in and assist wherever needed to keep the flow going!
