Ready to be part of a team that makes river adventures come to life? As a Van Driver, you'll be at the wheel, helping our guests get to and from their whitewater experience — all while soaking up the beauty of the Delaware River. If you’re ready to hit the road and ensure our customers’ trips go off without a hitch, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the Adventure: Safely drive passenger vans to transport guests to and from the river for their rafting, kayaking, tubing, or canoeing experience.
• Safety on the Road: Communicate important safety procedures and trip information with customers before they hit the water, ensuring a smooth and informed journey.
• Follow the Flow: Stick to our opening, daily, and closing tasks to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
• Work with Nature: Spend your days outside, taking in the breathtaking views of the Delaware River as you drive between locations.
• Learn New Skills: You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to lift and prepare rafts, kayaks, tubing, and canoes, and also gain the know-how to drive and properly maintain trailers — all while keeping our fleet in tip-top shape!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for safety
• A love for the outdoors and working alongside the beautiful Delaware River
• A willingness to learn how to lift boats and drive trailers
• Ability to follow daily routines and procedures
• A positive attitude and a desire to help guests have the best experience possible
• Willingness to learn how to drive passenger vans and maintain equipment safely
• Must be 18 & up to apply!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 39 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
