Summary
As a Personal Care Aide at Silver Care LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized support and assistance. This position is essential in delivering compassionate care that aligns with our mission of excellence and trust.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Administer first aid and monitor clients' health conditions as needed.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Respect residents' rights and promote their dignity at all times.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client status to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and memory care techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to assist with daily living tasks compassionately and respectfully.
- Familiarity with resident rights and behavior management strategies is a plus.
- Certification in CPR or first aid is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
