Silver City Care Center Seeks Full-Time LPNs

On Day and Night Shifts with 12-Hour Shifts.

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

To be successful, you must:

• Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
