POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Steward is responsible for washing dishes, cleaning equipment, basic cleaning in all back of house areas and other reasonable requests made by management. The Steward works with other culinary, restaurant team members and management in harmony to elevate the food and beverage experiences, and exceed our guest’s expectations.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM
- Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
COMPENSATION:
Starting wage is $19.00 per hour
Wage Range is $19.00 - $19.75 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
