Hotel Front Desk Agent

SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – MUKILTEO WATERFRONT location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Front Desk Agent position. As Mukilteo’s only waterfront hotel, we’re located adjacent to the Mukilteo – Clinton Ferry, and a short drive to Boeing’s Everett Factory. The hotel features 70 guest rooms and suites, equipped with a 55” HD television, refrigerator and microwave. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast to our guests.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming our guests, answer phones, check in or check out, and assisting with reservations. The Front Desk Agent works closely with other departments and others in their department, as a team, on the delivery of an elevated guest experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE:

o Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

o Excellent organizational skills

o Excellent communication skills

o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs

o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM

o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

COMPENSATION

Starting wage is $19.00. Wage Range is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
