- Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care services to residents in the Assisted Living community
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and residents' families
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to resident care
- Provide leadership and support to care staff to maintain a high standard of care
- Conduct assessments and reassessments of residents' needs
- Requirements :
- Nursing (LPN) degree is required
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
