Job Title : Life Enrichment Assistant
Location : St. Augustine, FL
Job Type : Part-time 4p -8p (Weekends)
We are seeking a talented individual with artistic or musical abilities to join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating life enriching, person-centered care programs and activities for our residents. You will also be required to assist in driving some of our superior seniors with our van / car.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with standing and walking, reminders, and cueing
- Plan and implement engaging activities and events for residents
- Assist in games, drawings, and events within our community
- Drive residents to appointments and outings
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner that is sensitive to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents
- Respect the rights of the residents and maintain their dignity at all times
