- Assist residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.
- Support families and caregivers through open communication and empathy.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
- A valid Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license in Rhode Island or a compact state.
- Covid Vaccination.
- A strong commitment to delivering compassionate and professional care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.
