Safety Representative

Silver Creek Modular is seeking a Safety Representative to join our team on a temporary basis to support our workforce and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local safety regulations. This role will report directly to the Safety Manager and play a key part in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional to gain valuable experience in a dynamic setting. While this is a temporary position, the selected candidate will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to our safety culture and make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Safety Manager in conducting routine compliance inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents, document findings, and support corrective action plans.
• Conduct safety training sessions, including new hire orientations and subcontractor safety briefings.
• Monitor work areas for compliance with Federal, State, and local safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Prepare reports related to inspections, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of OSHA 300 and 300A reports.
• Assist with environmental reporting, including AQMD and storm water compliance.
• Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry safety best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in workplace safety, compliance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections, report findings, and collaborate on safety improvements.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
