It’s the way you want to be treated. Summary: Investigate and prepare hospital lien forms, bankruptcies, attorney referrals, lien releases, and subpoenas. Handle incoming correspondence. Upload into document scanning system. Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills. Must be a team player. Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to type. Previous telephone customer service experience required. Meditech and Cerner systems experience preferred. Must be able to multi-task & perform effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced & high volume environment. Needs to have a good understanding of medical insurance. Minimum of 1 year previous hospital or medical office medical insurance experience. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
