Summary :
Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of accurately scheduling diagnostic outpatient testing. Accurate and relevant patient and test data is obtained via telephone interviews. On site Call Center setting.
Requirements :
High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledgeable and able to utilize Microsoft outlook (Office). Cerner and Meditech knowledge. Proficient in typing and utilizing multiple systems. Basic PC knowledge. Medical terminology. Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred.
Work Shift Details :
Days, Morning and midday hours as needed. Weekdays vary with Saturday rotation.
Must be available 1-2 weekdays.
