Salary Range
The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $18.70 and $23.38. The actual salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and factors such as licensure, certifications, work experience, education, and more.
Responsibilities
As a Patient Service Representative II, you will be responsible for coordinating after-visit activities, including collecting, reviewing, and updating practice-specific forms; printing and communicating payment policies regarding amounts due for current services and prior balances; collecting payments; assisting with scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures; and ensuring pre-visit clearing for patients on the date of service if these activities have not been fully completed in advance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably with prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance. Additionally, you must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, handle challenging situations effectively, and exhibit independent thinking, sound judgment, and creativity when resolving customer issues.
