Summary : Provide information and guidance to patients, families, and other hospital departments regarding the psychosocial aspects of patients' post-discharge treatment and recovery programs.
Requirements : MSW and LSW required; LCSW, CPR

Days, Must commit to minimum registry requirements as well as weekend and holiday rotation
