Summary:
The Patient Navigator is responsible for delivery patient care delivery and management. Patient Navigator assists with all clinical responsibilities and other diagnostic testing such as EKG, spirometry, etc. for the assigned offices and providers. Identifies current provider, office and patient needs, prioritizes and responds accordingly. Focuses on throughput and efficiency deploying clinical staff and themselves needed. Ability to effectively evaluate and manage clinical caregivers. Maintains positive and effective relationships with employees, providers, hospital departments, and the public. Assist Medical Assistants as necessary.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years previous primary care Medical Assistant experience required. Must maintain current CPR and BCL certifications. Phlebotomy license or experience preferred.
Work Shift Details:
Days, This is a full time position Monday - Friday, possibly some Saturdays if needed.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:
$20.33 - $25.41
The final offered salary will take several factors into consideration, including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
