Position Summary: Our team seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate after-visit activities including collection, review, and update of all practice-specific forms. This role requires effective communication with patients, physicians, management, staff, and other customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to use independent thinking, sound judgment, and creativity when resolving customer issues. They must also be able to balance multiple priorities and effectively handle challenging situations.
Required Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required. Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to use personal computers and select software applications.
Work Shift Details: Variable weekday and weekend shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A busy urgent care setting requires flexibility and adaptability.
