Duties
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing practices.
- Experience in behavioral health and pediatric care is advantageous.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and diagnostic evaluation.
- Ability to administer injections and provide infant care.
- Understanding of ophthalmology practices is beneficial.
