Summary: We're seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and support the production of this authentic bluegrass experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with performers and production staff to ensure seamless rehearsals and performances while maintaining the high-quality standards of the show. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
This is a Full-Time Seasonal position from 01/30/2025 until 10/26/2025.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises the Kinfolk Bluegrass Band. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include working with direct Supervisor interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Solve problems with minimal supervision; Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Remain alert and attentive to ensure flawless production and promptly respond to any issues which may arise.
- Oversees rehearsals and performances to ensure the quality and success of the band’s production.
- Collaborates with production staff to coordinate schedules, costumes, and technical elements of the show.
- Acts as a point of contact for performers, providing leadership and guidance during rehearsals and performances.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Expressive abilities, poise, stage presence, and a feel for music are required
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in theme park, theater, and amateur or professional productions is preferred.
- Live stage performance experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum
- The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
- The ability to perform choreographed actions related to performing frequently
- The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
- The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally
Work Environment:
The Kinfolk Bluegrass Band Lead works in both indoor and outdoor environments. This role involves exposure to various weather conditions, uneven terrain, and moderate to high noise levels. Work includes collaboration with teams and mentors.
