Summary: Have you ever wondered who is responsible for theming festivals and indoor spaces at our properties? That is exactly what our visual team does! We are looking for someone with the initiative and desire to grow within our team as we fabricate, prep, stage, and ultimately install visual packages that support our festivals.
This is a Full-Time Seasonal position from 01/06/2025 until 11/15/2025.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Works in a team setting with basic hand and power tools to construct, manufacture and assemble various components used for theming and display for festivals and/or special events.
- Plays a critical role in actual set-up, maintenance, and teardown of all components and displays for each festival and/or special event.
- Completes basic, simple sewing projects, using both sewing machine and serger.
- Interact with fellow employees while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Solves problems with minimal supervision; must be self-motivated and self-governed.
- Keeps work area clean and maintains organization.
- Ensure compliance with all authorized operator requirements and safety procedures specific to the job assignment.
- Replicates a multitude of various floral projects.
- Participates in the care, storage, warehousing, and transporting of visual display components.
Required Skills:
- Basic sewing skills preferred.
- Basic floral arranging skills preferred.
- Able to communicate efficiently.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E Driver’s License or resident state equivalent.

The work environment for this position is dynamic and collaborative, centered around the creation and installation of visual displays for festivals and special events. Team members work closely together, utilizing basic hand and power tools to construct and assemble various components. The role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, including set-up, maintenance, and teardown of displays, often in non-climate-controlled environments and various weather conditions. Employees are expected to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, interacting effectively with colleagues while solving problems independently. The work requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk on uneven terrain, and work in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills are essential, as team members must keep their work areas clean and comply with safety procedures. Effective communication and the ability to follow instructions are crucial for success in this environment.
