Summary: Provide positive support to Finance Leadership, Cash Office Team and Branson Attractions in a positive, professional and competent manner. Using established policies, procedures and expectations.
This position starts now and ends 10/31/2025.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervisory Responsibilities: When occasionally filling role of a PIC/Opener/Closer, will have responsibility for the overall direction and coordination of shift. Responsibilities in this role include training employees; directing work; rewarding employees; bringing complaints and problems to Supervisor to address as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Takes ownership of Cash Office functions, learning the intricacies of all related systems.
- Be a team member to the Cash Office team, supporting Leadership.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Provide 100% positive support/service to all Team Members, Divisions and all Branson Attractions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Insure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards
Education and Experience:
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be knowledgeable with using a PC and Applications and PC programs that we utilize. Experience using Cash Recyclers, and ATM’s.
- Do simple math and follow procedures related to a Cash Office Environment

Required Skills
- Read and comprehend simple instructions. Write simple correspondence.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Accounting Systems.
- Finance experience/education.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Employee must be able to climb and descend steps on an employee shuttle bus based on parking assignment. Walking up and down steps, uneven and sloped surfaces including to and from assigned employee parking located at the Park’s perimeter and employees assigned work station. The noise level in the work environment is usually very moderate.
