Silver Dollar City – Food Warehouse Team Member (Full Time Seasonal, 2025)

This position starts 3/10/2025 and ends 1/7/2026.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

This is an overnight position.

Job Summary: As a Foods Warehouse Team Member, you will perform all aspects of customer service to include friendly interaction, fulfilling shop needs for cleanliness and attention to detail, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining food quality. Receiving and delivering food, and accurate record keeping.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Including the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Foods team.

• Receiving groceries and delivering shop orders.
• Stocking shops include maintaining par levels in assigned storage areas.
• Ensuring proper receiving of goods to include accurate reconciliation of invoices.
• Ensuring accurate inventories are maintained.
• Maintaining stock in vending machines around park.
• Assist shops in return to vendors and pickups of returned items.
• Ensure accurate transfers of goods received.
• Making customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Maintaining a safe food environment and following safety procedures.
• Implementing shop closing/cleaning procedures.
• Maintaining positive helpful relationships with teammates

Required Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class

Education and Experience:

High volume food experience preferred.

Certificates and Licenses:

Must have a current, valid state Driver’s License and the willingness and ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License within 30 days of hire date.
