Job Summary:
White Water is seeking a Maintenance & Construction Foreman to oversee park maintenance, ensure water quality, and support daily operations to keep the facility in top condition. This role involves supervising maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and addressing guest and employee concerns as needed.
This position is year-round, full-time.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the Maintenance Division.
- Train employees and provide leadership in planning, assigning, and directing work.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Maintenance team.
- Inspect park facilities to ensure operational readiness before opening.
- Respond to and resolve machine, equipment, and power failures.
- Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
- Replace worn or damaged machine and equipment parts, such as hoses, wiring, and belts.
- Unload and store supplies as needed.
- Test and log water quality, including chlorine content and pH levels.
- Develop work schedules and oversee workflow efficiency.
- Follow and communicate work procedures effectively.
- Foster teamwork and help resolve conflicts among employees.
- Manage project plans, adjusting for changes and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide prompt service to guest and employee maintenance requests.
- Observe safety and security procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions and using equipment properly.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), UKG Systems, and TMA work order system.
- Experience with JD Edwards purchasing program is beneficial.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance preferred.

- Lift and/or move 40 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

- Follow instructions and retain location-based knowledge.
- Work at a rapid pace frequently.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as saws, drills, impact wrenches, sanders, golf carts, hammers, and screwdrivers.
Work Environment:
- This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve exposure to loud machinery. Proper protective gear is necessary.
