This is a Full Time Seasonal position from 2/24/25 until 1/4/26.
Must be at least 18 years.
Summary: Assist in supervising all aspects of customer service such as: friendly interaction, maintain cleanliness standards, attention to detail, fulfill customer orders, maintain food quality and safety, prepare food, serve food, handle cash transactions, and meet or exceed financial goals for area.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising guest interaction to maintain assigned friendliness levels.
- Monitor, audit and coach making guests feel welcome and appreciated.
- Balance registers.
- Maintain positive, helpful relationships across divisional lines and with management.
- Orientate, coach and train staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining a positive work climate.
- Make financial decisions as assigned such as ordering, inventory and all aspects of sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and taking guest product orders.
- Make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
- Maintain a themed environment.
- Prepare and cook food product.
- Handle cash, make change and operate Point of Sale registers.
- Maintain safe food environment and following safety procedures.
- Suggestive selling.
- Implement shop closing and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain positive, helpful relationships with teammates.
- Complete all job responsibilities independently (self-supervising).
- Perform all ATD duties such as maintaining clean work area.
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Operate ovens & grills
Required Skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests.
- Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class.
Required Experience
- High volume, fast paced experience working with food preferred.
- 3 years of supervision/management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, carry, push and pull an average weight of 25 pounds to 50 pounds maximum
- Stand/walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete for 67 – 100% of the time
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Wear personal protective gear (Hair restraints, food safe gloves, etc) correctly most of the day
- Remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
