What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Silver Field LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and guiding the customers to getting into a home we build them. If you are passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Meet with customers
-Reach out to customers & follow up with them several times
-Update leadership with a weekly overview of what happened pertaining to marketing & customer projections
-There will be lots of research that happens for each customer and potentially number crunching.
-At times we may need you to jump in on the construction side and help get the homes back on schedule. Things such as cleaning, ordering materials, following up with workers are a few examples of this.
-We do plan on having a base hourly pay and a bonus incentives that we can discuss more in depth
-To get an interview we do expect you to first do a basic video of you answering a few questions. This is typically a requirement we have in order to get a second interview.
-Keep customers and/or research building/remodeling/marketing idea's to keep a steady pace of work flowing in.
-Source list of people to send mailers to or other marketing campaigns. Example: find a website online of people in specific demographics that would indicate they are ready to build a home, commercial building, or other investment new construction opportunities.
Skills
- We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of sales experience. We do have a training program in place. We are a growing company so systems are still changing and being developed.
-You will need the ability to produce high results on your own at your home as we are a construction company without a main office. When we meet is typically over the phone, or at the jobsites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.09 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
