Responsibilities

- Manage emails , data entry and simple clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer support.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and office software.
- Experience with clerical duties and office management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
