Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address issues proactively.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete projects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven maintenance experience in one or more areas, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general facility maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform tasks involving bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
