Responsibilities :
Perform professional-quality painting tasks, including surface preparation, color matching, and detailed finishing.
Conduct general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry tasks.
Regularly inspect the facility for areas in need of painting or maintenance and address them proactively.
Respond promptly to maintenance and painting requests to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain accurate records of completed projects, supplies used, and inventory needs.
Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a painter, with the ability to handle various painting techniques and tools.
Additional maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform tasks involving bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
