Silver Healthcare at Cherry Hill is looking for Weekend Warrior Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our incredible team!
Schedule :
Weekend Warrior Lite - Work part-time hours with a $1.50 Shift Differential
Weekend Warrior Plus - Work full time hours by working doubles with benefit options including PTO and $3 shift differential

Responsibilities :
Administer medications, treatments, and care procedures as per resident care plans.
Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes to the RN or supervisor.
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies.
Work full 8-hour shifts to qualify for the increased rate.
Adapt to unit assignments based on facility needs.
Eligibility Requirements :
Active LPN License in NJ
Commit to working double shifts every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Pre-schedule one additional weekday with the staffing coordinator (optional).
Maintain punctuality; lateness or call-outs will result in forfeiture of the weekend warrior rate.
Follow attendance policies as outlined in the employee handbook / union contract.
Work required holiday shifts if they fall on a weekend, compensated at time-and-a-half plus the weekend warrior rate.
Additional Notes :
Shifts outside the Weekend Warrior Program are paid at the standard LPN rate.
Participation is subject to facility needs and availability of shifts.
