The Social Servies Director performs a wide variety of managerial and administrative functions to assess department's needs and ensures program objectives are met.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Developing written individualized care plans for each resident.
· Providing information to residents and their representatives.
· Interviewing residents and their representatives to gain a knowledge of the residents' social history.
· Participate in developing a resident's discharge plan.
· Conducting assessments of the residents to establish a baseline of care.
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in social services
- Strong background in social work and behavioral health
- Proven management and program development skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent relationship management and administrative abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and program management
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
