- Function as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that provides compassionate care.
- Provide direct care and supervision of residents and establishes therapeutic relationships with patients.
- Function as a role model for residents, demonstrating effective problem solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a Behavioral Health field required.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Health related field preferred.
- Must have the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment where the total emphasis is on delivering optimum patient care.
Schedule:
- Full time: 3 shifts per week, including every other weekend
- Per Diem: Required at least 4 shifts per month
- Shifts are on a 12 hour schedule, from 7:00am to 7:00pm and 7:00pm to 7:00am
